Over the years we have seen many examples of low quality shutters, being installed at premium prices and unfortunately cheap shutters are exactly that! We have seen warped and bent louvres, poor paint finishes, broken joints and hinges. Being passionate about supporting unsuspecting customers we have researched suitable, high grade alternatives and Aspire Shutters was created.
From your initial enquiry, we will visit your home, complete a survey and, advise you on all the best possible solutions from design to fitting of your shutters to suit your taste and budget, then provide you with a quote. A final measure in some cases is carried out.
All our plantation shutters are tailor-made to the very best possible quality to suit your individual requirements. We offer various sustainably sourced wood and waterproof finishes to suit every taste and budget.

We strive for the surveyor to also be the installer, thereby avoiding any problems with mis-measuring. If you are happy with your ballpark quote we will arrange a design consultation and show you our range of shutters. We will expertly guide you through all of the choices to agree on the best design to suit your home. Once we’ve agreed on a design we will measure up for your shutters.
We can give you a quotation at the time of your consultation but we don’t want you to feel rushed or pushed into ordering. Your quotation is valid for a month. You can call us to discuss your quotation at any time.
As your shutters will be made bespoke to you we will require a deposit of 50% of the order value, if you choose finance the deposit may be different (smaller) We can then process your order from your final measure date. We accept most major Credit and Debit cards or if you wish a bank transfer you can either pay over the telephone or on your actual appointment day by card.
Lead times vary and start from 7 to 9 weeks, depending on the chosen product and the time of the year. We will advise you where your shutters are up to all the way from initial communication to scheduled delivery date for your shutters. *with subject to change during the Christmas and Chinese new year periods.
Your final payment is due upon receipt of your shutters arriving with us before or at your home, at this point we will contact you to arrange an installation date at your convenience.
We will deliver and fit your shutters at the agreed date and time and to your complete satisfaction. We will also run through the best practice in terms of using your shutters to their full extent.
We will leave your house exactly as we found it! there is no cleaning after we have gone and all packaging is removed and taken away by ourselves.

Gillham is a focused Customer Service salesman with over 20 years of experience in the luxury retail market.
