There’s no right or wrong choice - your shutters will always look great. If you want to give a nice warmth to your room, colours like, cream or ivory/off-white, take the edge off a harsh white colour and are more subtle in your living space. And because these colours are neutral your won’t have to worry about the colour clashing with curtains or the colour palette in the room.

 If you’re after something a bit more contemporary and want to make your shutters a feature within the room, then a bright bold colour can really set the tone. Yellows, reds and blues tend to be the most common and look great in any room. 

When it comes to colour choice, there are so many to choose from. If you change your decor regularly, we recommend sticking to a more neutral colour. Not only do neutral colours look great all year round, they also compliment every style. In the last few years we have seen a large increase in the amount of customers choosing a dove grey or pale grey colour, something that you wouldn’t have really seen inside a house.
